    Payment Details
    A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Discover Card
    A non-refundable booking deposit of $180 is required to complete the booking. Balance due is required 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. There will be a $30.00 processing fee for each change of reservation. A $30.00 fee will be assessed for each payment returned for insufficient funds. After reservation is booked in full, we will send a Rental Agreement, Reservation Confirmation, and Registration Form. These documents need to be signed and return to us within 24 hours. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if these documents are not received and your reservation will be subject to our cancellation penalties.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
