Stunning Lake View Villa Our villa has a panoramic view across the lake of the conservation woodland. You will see many types of birds, turtles and maybe some deer, wild turkeys and many other types of wildlife. The lake is well stocked with fish. On the opposite side of the lake there is a lakeside beach, volleyball and basketball courts, barbecue/picnic area and children’s play area, gazebo and fishing pier. There is a nature trail around the lake. The clubhouse facilities include a fitness centre, tennis court, cafe, Internet access, electronic games, pool tables, communal swimming pool and Jacuzzi. |

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). The restaurants and many attractions of Kissimmee are only minutes away from the villa. There are plenty of restaurants that cater to all tastes, with the Medieval Times Dinner show only a 5 minute drive from the villa. A Super Wal-Mart is just 5 minutes away, this store will provide for all of your general shopping needs including food and household goods. • The unit is Lake front. • Nearby Attractions: Disney World is only 10 minutes away and Universal just 20 minutes away. You are within easy reach of all of the attractions and remember the coast is only 45 minutes away.
Payment Details
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 25%) are refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. • Optional pool heat is available for 20 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate. |
