Gorgeous condo close to Disney, Universal, Old Town and Outlet Malls!
This is my only vacation rental. I take great pride in keeping it looking great. I live outside of Tampa and use it as my own getaway when work gets hectic! Its just 10 minutes from Disney and close to all the great restaurants and shops! I'm not a big fan of sofa beds, because I don't find them very comfortable, instead I have an air mattress I open up in the living room. I provide a pack 'n go crib and high chair. There's a pool, hot tub, hammocks, tennis and volleyball courts and playground! The Club House also has an arcade, billiards, fitness center, internet computer room and snack bar!

    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 100) are refunded.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
