A convenient single level home with numerous amenities is a non smoking villa. Accommodates up to 8 guests plus cot in complete comfort. Being most tastefully furnished throughout. Ideally suited for two families sharing who each can have the privacy they deserve.

    Old Town, Kissimmee, open-air shopping street combines live music/amusements/ entertainment 1950s-style. A great way for the whole family to shop and have fun all at the same time. Thursday nights, motor cycles drive through, hundreds of biker enthusiasts show off their machines. Saturday night over 300 vintage US cars display their stuff. Live music in the street. Great night out with no cover charge. Approximately 7 minutes East along the 192. A charming village with millionaire’s villas leading to the Village Square. There are events on, usually on Saturdays and Sundays. Excellent eating places around the lake. The nearest cinema to our villa is here with its 50s Style appearance showing all the latest film releases. Excellent dining especially at the Café De La Flora Buffet, there is a different European buffet each day/night. Key West style dining area on board a Large sailing ship, live alligators, Botanic garden area in quite a special setting.

Large Crazy Golf Course Opened 2007. A walk in medical centre (just in case!). Internet Café. Golden Corral and Ponderosa are on adjacent lots. Only 3.5 miles to super Wal-Mart and 1.5 miles to Publix.
    • Nearby Attractions: Just 3 quick miles to Disney World's main entrance on Highway 192. Leading to MGM Studios, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Downtown Disney, Pleasure Island, boardwalk, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon and much more. Excellent access to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, city walk, Sea World. Direct access to the I4 south going to Bush Gardens and the Gulf Coast area and I4 north directly to Daytona Beach. Old town, with it’s fabulous Saturday night drive through, (8:30 don’t miss it!!), live music and family fair are only minutes away. Celebration town square, ideal for a relaxing stroll and refreshments is also at hand. Shopping, shopping, shopping, all the malls are easy to get too but most importantly easier to get back too our villa!!!
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union
    Refundable Security Deposit is returned (subject to satisfaction) within 10 days of completion of vacation.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 80.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 165 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
