Master Bedroom

1 King Bed. The master bedroom with King Sized Bed, ceiling fan, digital cable TV, alarm clock and telephone has a large en-suite bathroom consisting of double bath, twin vanity unit, large shower cubicle, toilet and walk-in closet.

Bedroom

1 Double Bed (Lower Level of Bunk) and 1 Single/Twin Bed (Upper Level of Bunk). Bedroom 3 with fan is the children's favourite with a "Scooby Doo" theme throughout. There is also a fold away bed with bedding if required and also a walk-in closet. Television / VCR Combo and Games Station have been added.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The second master bedroom with Queen Sized bed, ceiling fan, alarm clock, Television with DVD Player, telephone and walk-in closet also has an en-suite bathroom with large shower cubicle vanity unit and toilet.

2 Single/Twin Beds. Bedroom 4 is decorated in a lighthouse theme with twin beds, ceiling fan, Cable TV, VCR, lights over the beds, alarm clock and walk-in closet.

More Information

The Pool Area is fenced giving you privacy to enjoy the 26' by 13' Heated Swimming Pool, Spa / Hot Tub and for our younger guests their own Children's Pool. The covered lanai gives you shade to enjoy an “Al-Fresco” meal around the patio table. An Electric BBQ Grill is provided. The Large Deck area with padded Chairs, Reclining Chairs, Loungers and Stools provides ample space to enjoy the Florida Sunshine. The Games Area has a Pool Table, Air Hockey Table and Electronic Dart Board. We also provide 3 sets of Golf Clubs and Tennis Racquets for our guests use. We now have a manual wheel chair for hire at the villa for those people who have occasional mobility problems at a small additional cost. Have the convenience of having a wheel chair with you when you arrive at the Parks saving you the walk to and from the rental office.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby. There are a large number of golf courses within a 10-20 minute drive of the villa. We also provide free of charge to our guests 2 sets of gents and a set of ladies golf clubs for use during your stay. The Villa is within easy reach of more than twenty Golf courses including the popular Falcon's Fire, Celebration Golf Club courses & Kissimmee Golf Club.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). The nearest shops and restaurants are just a 2 minute drive away on Highway 192. Indian Point is a quiet residential development 0.5 miles south of US 192 and can be accessed from Bass Road (Super Wal-Mart Junction)or Poinciana Boulevard. Just ten minutes from Disney World, less than half an hour from Orlando Airport. Close to shops, banks and restaurants.
• There are a number of small lakes within a 5 minute walk. The estate enjoys the benefit of a large community swimming pool, children's play area, a jogging trail and tennis court where you can use the racquets and balls that we provide free of charge for our guests.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
