Bed Summary

Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, wash basin and private lavatory, the bathroom has direct access to the pool and deck area. Also there is a large patio doorway with access to the lanai section of the pool area. Has a walk-in closet and a TV with cable and a DVD player.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Located at the front of the house and overlooks the driveway. This room also has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, wash basin and private lavatory. This is a beautiful room with a full wardrobe.

Bedroom

1 Queen or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). This room is for the kids. Decorated in a fashion to suit young girls with ladybird bedding and Disney pictures around the room. It has a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Just outside the room is a bathroom with a tub, wash basin and separate lavatory. (This bathroom is shared with the other twin room.)

Bedroom

1 Queen or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). This room is for the kids also. The room has been decorated in a fashion to suit the young lads with a sporty theme. It has a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Just outside the room is a bathroom with a tub hand wash basin and separate lavatory. (This bathroom is shared with the other twin room.)

Family Room

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). The lounge area has a sofa bed that can be used to gain maximum occupancy.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

More Information

This is a new (2005) privately owned house. Heated pool with enclosed deck and private spa (spa and pool heat is extra ) , security fence adjacent to the pool to protect the kids, large double garage. It is situated on a quiet residential road within a beautiful private community. Emerald Island has a wooded area which is ideal for a stroll in the early evening and at the entrance to the estate there is a large lake with a fountain. Orlando International ( MCO ) Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive.
Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). Just a short drive down to the 192 for every type of restaurant and bar you could wish for. Have an all-you-can-eat breakfast at Sizzler for about $7 in the morning and finish the day at the Outback Steak House with a great steak or just a salad if you haven't walked off the breakfast yet. (Try the Chinese buffet at Formosa Gardens-it's a really good value).
Beach is located within a 45 minute(s) drive.
Nearby Attractions: Disney is really just 5 minutes away but on the way. Have a game of tennis - 2 minutes away or a game of golf - 5 minutes, nature walk (on site). The Convention Center is about a 20 minute drive away. You can see the fireworks at Epcot every night from the end of the road.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Optional pool heat is available for $20 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
