Our Villa
Our home in Indian Ridge Oaks Subdivision is situated off Hwy. 192 just 3 miles West of "World Drive", Disney's main entrance, one of the nearest communities to the Disney attractions - so that you can be relaxing in your own secluded swimming pool within minutes of leaving the theme parks, or many of the other attractions. Our home backs up to the new Golf Course "Mystic Dunes". Our Villa has 4 bedrooms (King, Queen, Mickey and Friends Themed Twin Bed Room and a 2nd Twin Bedroom. All bedrooms have a TV and VCR. There is a private swimming pool and spa - (heating available). Wireless Internet

    There is a green area behind our home to the west. There is a covered lanai with a table and chairs and a ceiling fan to keep you cool on those warm days and nights. White vinyl fencing on both sides of house - back yard open. Very private.

    Fully screened pool/spa area backing up to golf course. We have a digital safe for your added security and child - security pool door alarms for additional safety. Four miles from Disney. One block from playground and tennis courts. Free use of wireless internet(bring your own laptop), stroller, pack and play crib and high chair.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 25.00 per day and/or 150.00 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
