View

The rear of property is south facing, and from the pool/deck area shows palm trees/shrubs and a beautiful lakeside view; situated in a conservation area with various birds that feed from the lake. East and west views have other villas located nearby. North view shows lawn, trees and quiet road with other villas opposite.

More Information

The lounge area has both 3-seat and 2-seat sofas, facing a 22 inch cable TV. The view from the lounge overlooks the pool and the Lake. Community has a children's play park, cycle track, wildlife viewing and a BBQ area.

Payment Details

10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required.
