The pool deck is screened from insects and is fenced on all sides for complete privacy.

More Information

The pool deck is south facing so benefits from the sun all day and is provided with pool furniture. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and master bedroom and the villa is equipped with a safe and a monitored fire and security alarm. The villa is only 10 minutes from Disney World and is conveniently located for all the attractions of the Orlando area. The community features large shaded pool, tennis courts and childrens playground.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The rent, required to complete the booking, is 25% (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel, all payments are non-refundable.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $30.00 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
