Wall color is relaxing light blue & contrasts with original exposed house wood beams which gives this suite a lot of character. Enjoy privacy as you have your own separate entrance, spacious, the bedroom of which has its own in-suite bathroom & kitchenette; a cozy living room with a beautiful Mexican tiled open kitchen that is conveniently equipped for you to make your perfect meal. Great size bathroom with a washer & dryer. Private patio looking out to the backyard.

Towels & linen, TV, internet & cable as well as an ipod dock are all included as well as cleaning service once per week.
A futon in the living room opens up into a double bed so there is enough room for 4 dults and 2 small children. However, for longer stays 4 weeks + the recommendation is 3 adults & one child max or 2 adults & 2 children. The location cannot be better as its steps to Broadway restaurants, cafes, small shops, 10 blocks away from the beach & public transportation is just around the corner - UBC & downtown are 10 minutes away by bus.
Street parking available. Cot, stroller & other baby gear can be arranged at an extra cost.

* Attention tall guests the ceiling height is 6' 8" ( 207 cm) in the most part of the suite with exception to one strip across that is 6'1" (186 cm) so if you are a taller person you please consider this before booking *
