Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 1.50 percent surcharge.
Visa, Master Card, Amex, PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 15 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 50 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 CAD is due on arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 15 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
