The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
