We are a family run business offering a warm and friendly atmosphere just 30 minutes away from Cochin Airport and close to the infrastructure that services whole of Cochin. It is centrally located at Kakkanadu, nicknamed as New Kochi, and offers clean, comfortable, secure, modern accommodation. Villa is very close to all kinds of shopping, restaurants and transport. You can easily take a public transport or hire a taxicab when the need comes. Cherai beach or Fort Cochin is reachable within 45 minutes.

    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 70 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 5 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 12:00 AM and check out before 12:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $10.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
