• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 8 years old stay free.
• Check in after 12:00 AM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of 50% may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
