This 3000 sq. ft. Villa is decorated in a Pacific/Asian style that will surround you in luxury. You can enjoy panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Kohala Mountains and the Hapuna golf course. It has two Master suites each with it's own Master Bathroom and a guest room with bathroom all finished with granite counter tops and cherry cabinets. Enjoy the privacy of having a fenced backyard with your own pool and spa. Both indoor and outdoor kitchens have Wolf and Subzero appliances. This Villa comes with full access to amenities from the Hapuna Beach Prince and Mauna Kea Beach Hotels.

    Our unit is called a Villa, it has it's own private pool and spa. The "Ridge" units that you may see in other advertisements do not have their own pool and spa so they include pictures of the amenities center. Our Villa also has full access to the amenities center. Along with the pool and spa, there is a exercise room, conference room with kitchen and a large BBQ area.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
