Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Golf at your doorstep!
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Eight restaurants in the Mauna Lani resort area & five lounges with live Hawai’ian music almost nightly. Groceries are just 7 miles away at Waikoloa Shopping Center, great shopping 2 miles away at The King’s Shops with a food court for casual dining, especially for the children.
Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The walk to the ocean or nearest lake is more than 10 minutes.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union

Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
