Groceries are just 7 miles away at Waikoloa Shopping Center, great shopping 2 miles away at The King’s Shops with a food court for casual dining, especially for the children.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The walk to the ocean or nearest lake is more than 10 minutes.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 4 days during a stay.
