Payment Details

All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 3.
Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
