Kitchen is fully equipped but please note our rates INCLUDE full meals prepared by our cook. On your vacation you do not need to shop for provisions, transport them to the villa and cook meals. All of this is included in the price and taken care of for you.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). Resident cook and high quality full meal service is available by arrangement.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The villa is directly located on the waterfront with its own jetty and commands panoramic views of Phang Nga Bay Marine National Park, an island "dreamscape" including James Bond Island made famous by the film "The Man with the Golden Gun". 17' center consul sports/fisher boat, 23' speedboat and 43' sailing yacht available as options at additional cost.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
