The direct beach location gives a variety of different views. from the changing colours of the sea, the view can go direct to the neighbour islands Koh Phanghan and Koh Tao as well as the Marine National park Angthong. The sunsets on Samui are unique, these are impressions you will not forget.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 15 or more days prior.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
The balance payment can be done on arrival by credit card.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 8.00 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
