Electricity charge is dependant on the personal consumption and will be charged with 0.24 $ per Kw (each villa has its own meter). Transfers to and from the Airport will cost only 36 $.

• Samui Airport is within a 20 minute(s) drive. We can organise a pick-up service for you.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). There is a small supermarket close to Royal living residence. You can get specialty foods and items in bigger supermarkets like Tesco Lotus and Big C within a driving distance of about 15 minutes. Restaurants of all kinds are only a few meters away.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Beach Equipment: Canoe.
• Nearby Attractions: Spa with all kinds of treatments, acupuncture clinic are close by. You can have a massage on the private terrace. Same for beauty treatments, pedicures, manicures....

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
DA Deposit of 30% has to be paid to confirm the booking. The rest has to be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
