Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. You will receive a 50% credit on a future booking if you cancel 45 or more days prior.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
After confirming the availability of the Villa/ Apartment or Suite our guest has to pay a deposit of 30% (within 4 days) into our account. With the deposit payment, the booking is confirmed (please send/fax us the bank-confirmed pay-in slip). The rest can be paid on arrival by credit card (signed in our office).

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
