Live Your Dreams in these Suites
All Suites are in a brand new (2007) three storey apartment building. There are six suites all together with one, two or three bedrooms, with all bedrooms hosting an en suite bathroom. All Master bedrooms have jacuzzi tubs. All other bathrooms would have a bathtub, two basins, a shower and a toilet. The first and second Suites are on ground level with wheelchair accessibility. The daily maid service that we offer includes dish washing as well as other little tasks to make life easier. The first and the second floor Suites( 2 and 3 bedrooms )also have a beautiful sea view from their balconies.

    Special arrangements are possible with groups that need more than three units. The walking distance to the beach from these units is about 50 m. A common stairway leads to the 2 Bedroom Suites on the left and the three Bedroom Suites on the right side.

    • Airport Amui is within a 20 minute(s) drive. The airport of Bangkok Airways connects this Paradise Island with the rest of the world. Direct flights are also available to Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lampur, Phuket and Bangkok. Airport transfer fee: $ 36.00.

    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Royal Living Residence Koh Samui is surrounded by several restaurants that offer different kinds of international and naturally Thai menus. There are many more you can enjoy by taking a short walk along the peaceful and serene beach. A little Supermarket is close by with specialty products. Larger Supermarkets such as Big C and Tesco Lotus are about 8 km away. A business center is also available in Nathon.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. You will receive a 50% credit on a future booking if you cancel 45 or more days prior.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
    The booking is confirmed when a 30 % Deposit payment is transferred to Owner Direct - or our account. This amount is normally non-refundable. The balance payment can be done on arrival by credit card signed here in our Royal Living Residence Office.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 50.00.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10.00 per hour.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
