The units on the first and second floor have a beautiful view to the beach and sea beyond. The walking distance to the beach is about 50 m. From these units you can also see the neighbouring islands Koh Phanghan and Kh Tao (famous as a diving paradise). From the beach you also can also see the sunsets as well as the Marine National Park.

More Information

Special arrangements are possible with groups that need more than three units. Airport transfer is available for a fee of $36.00. A common stairway leads to the second floor with the 2 bedroom suites located on the left hand side and the 3 bedroom suites located on the right hand side.

• Airport Amui is within a 20 minute(s) drive. The airport of Bangkok Airways connects this Paradise Island with the rest of the world. Direct flights are available to Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lampur, Phuket and about 22 times per day to Bangkok.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). This property is surrounded by several restaurants that offer different kinds of International and naturally Thai menus. Many more restaurants can be enjoyed by taking a short walk along the peaceful, quiet beach. A little Supermarket is close by. Specialty products can be found in the larger Supermarkets Big C and Tesco Lotus about 8 km away, as well as in Nathon, the Business Center of the Island.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Samui offers all kinds of water sport activities in different locations of the Island such as diving, scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing, fishing, para gliding, scooters etc. Beach Equipment: Canoe and Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: Samui offers a lot of attractions for young and older guests alike. There is a Crocodile farm, Elephant riding, an Elephant show, a Monkey show, a Tiger show, a Sea aquarium, Waterfalls where you can also take a bath, Mountain biking, horse riding, and Go karts. Many tours are also available inside and around the Island by minibus, private tour or by boat to show you the beauty of this Coconut Paradise.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. You will receive a 50% credit on a future booking if you cancel 45 or more days prior.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
The booking is confirmed when a 30% Deposit payment is transferred to Owner Direct or our account. This amount is normally non-refundable. The balance of the payment can be done on arrival by credit card signed here in our Royal Living Residence office.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 50.00.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10.00 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
