• Airport Amui is within a 20 minute(s) drive. This airport of Bangkok Airways connects this Paradise Island with the rest of the world. Direct flights are also to Hongkong, Singapure, Kuala Lumpur, Phuket and about 22 times per day to Bangkok.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Surrounded by several restaurants that offer different kinds of international and naturally Thai menus. A lot more restaurants you can enjoy by talking a short walk along the peaceful quiet beach. A little Supermarket is close by; special products you can receive in the big Supermarkets Big C and Tesco Lotus (about 8 km away), but also in the Nathon the Administration-Center of the Island....

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. You will receive a 50% credit on a future booking if you cancel 45 or more days prior.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
The balance payment can be done on arrival by credit card.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 50.00.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10.00 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
