You will find a fully equipped kitchen . If you intend to cook, no problem with the dishes, our room maids clean all used dishes once a day. But you can also order all food, sausage, cheese, cake ,rolls, bread, a complete ABF, all kind of dinners and menus (Thai and International) by phone to be served on your own terrace.

Closed and also guarded area with mostly upmarket clients that are tired to live in Hotels but want the same services and luxury ambient -on a bigger area inside and outside- as a Five Star hotel can offer... Normally you can not hear and see too much from your neighbours if you don't want to meet them ....

There you will find guaranteed everything you need. Several different restaurants are in a very close walking distance. They serve all varieties of food. You will sure find the menus you prefer.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The beach has in about 50 meters of reef where you can do snorkeling and see all the different kinds of beautiful colorful fishes. Beach Equipment: Canoe and Rentals Nearby.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
30% Deposit are required to confirm the booking. The payment has to be done to one of our accounts at Krung Thai bank / Koh Samui branch or to our account in Germany (kreissparkasse Lauffen). The bank details can be sent after your confirmation. This deposit is not refundable, That's why we always propose a Travel insurance. The rest / balance could be done on arrival by credit card in our office (signed and proved in our office).

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
