• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). A small Supermarket is direct close by, bigger department stores are Tesco Lotus, Big C and also different beautiful smaller shops in Nathon. Dining possible at the road close by and along the beach in a lot of nice specific Thai restaurants with different kind of foods- all in a short walking distance along the beautiful beach with its fascinating sunsets...

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. You will receive a 50% credit on a future booking if you cancel 45 or more days prior.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
The balance payment can be done on arrival by credit card.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
