• Koh Samui Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive. We provide a meet and greet service upon your arrival.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). This short drive takes you to the local dining and shopping in Maenam, where you can find Thai and European restaurants. Just 15 min drive further will take you to Tesco, Starbucks, Macro and Big C.
• Nearby Attractions: Santiburi Golf and Country Club is just 2 minute drive away, Koh Samui’s first golf course, it provides both challenge and charm with a lush tropical setting. The 18-hole championship golf course came to fame when it hosted the 2006 Bangkok Airways Open. Maenam beach, voted 9th Best in Asia (Sunday Herald, Australian Newspaper, 2007) is just a 5 minute drive.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 5.00 per day.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 2:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10.00 per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
