Special arrangements are possible with groups that need more than 3 units. The walking distance to the beach from these units is about 50 m. A common stairway leads to the 2 bedroom suites on the left and the 3 Bedroom suites on the right side.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. You will receive a 50% credit on a future booking if you cancel 45 or more days prior.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
The booking is confirmed when a 30% deposit payment is transferred to Owner Direct - or our account. This amount is normally non-refundable. The balance can be paid on arrival by credit card signed here in our Royal Living Residence Office.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 50.00.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10.00 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
