1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Very comfortable living room/bedroom suite. Queen size bed, with Sealy Posturepedic mattress. Room has a large, lovely en-suite bathroom. Windows on three sides, and both this room, and this bathroom has great sea views. The huge terrace is in front of this room. All marble floors.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Ample bedroom with huge, gorgeous en-suite bathroom, and seaview.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Very comfortable living room/bedroom suite. Queen size bed, with Sealy Posturepedic mattress. Room has a large, lovely en-suite bathroom. This villa has one of the best seaviews in Samui. Since it is built to take full advantage of the views, the vistas overlook the Gulf of Thailand, Chaweng Bay, and the entire NE section of Koh Samui. You can see as far as Koh Phangan, and on a clear day you can see Koh Tao. The views are exceptional.
This villa is located on top of one of the best hills in Samui, in terms of convenience and the views. We are on the way to the Royal Samui Golf and Country Club. It is five minutes from the property. Also, since we are facing east, toward the Gulf, the location stays cool most of the time, and is blessed with fresh sea breezes most of the time. This setting is very quiet, and peaceful. It is a romantic setting, and is very private. If you want to be in the middle of all of the hustle and bustle, than this is more than likely not the place for you. But, on the other hand if you want privacy, and a harmonious atmosphere, that is minutes to both Chaweng and Lamai, then you will enjoy this location immensely. We are right in the middle of both towns, about 4 kilometers to either. There are many great restaurants on the Ring Road, just three to five minutes from villa. Also, we have gourmet food delivery service available, at very reasonable prices.

• Samui International Airport is within a 20 minute(s) drive. We include pickup and drop off at the airport. • Transit: can be reached by driving for 3 minute(s). Type of transit is Shuttle. The unit is located on top of a steep hill, so unless you are very well conditioned, we recommend renting a motor scooter, car, or jeep. Taxis are available also. • Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There is a great selection of excellent restaurants within 1 kilometer of the property. • Beach is located within a 3 minute(s) drive. • Nearby Attractions: Tennis, boating, golf, scuba, water sports, waterfalls, temples, butterfly garden, snake farm, are all nearby.
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit PayPal preferred. We can also accept MasterCard or visa, and bank wires.

• No smoking is allowed. • Children are allowed. • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
