Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
Cancellation policy: 14 days minimum cancellation period To secure your stay, please pay a 20% deposit

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
