The uninterrupted view to the West is across a lake towards the sea which is just beyond the palm trees. The views to the North and to the South are beautiful rural Thailand green fields with maybe the odd water buffalo grazing. To the East the view is across our swimming pool and the other villa within the walled enclosure.
Meet and Greet service available and transfer from airport to villa. Fresh fruit in villa on arrival and bottled water in fridge. Hire car can be easily arranged. The air conditioning system is a series of wall mounted units in each bedroom. The villa also shares a glorious 16m size swimming pool with one other villa. The pool boasts underwater lighting and a small waterfall. The villa has a landscaped tropical garden with parking for two cars.
• Koh Samui Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive. The 'Koh Samui' International Airport is a 20 minute drive to the villa.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby. A vehicle is required to drive (about 25 minutes) to the parking lot of the Santiburi Golf Club.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There is a local convenience store about a five minute walk away, but also the main town of Nathon which has many shops and restaurants is just a five minute drive away.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. A very pleasant, short quiet walk to access the beach is required. The beach is only about 200 meters away.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided every 3 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
