The owner offers his private Suzuki Jeep for Rent(Full Cover Insurance, Special Rate 25 USD/Day). Electricity is controlled by Volt meter and it costs 8 Thai Baht(approximately 0.22 USD) per KW. Normal usage(without Air conditioning) approx. 3 USD/Day. (to be paid before check out).

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 2 years old stay free. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 5 USD.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
