1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom is accessed from the living area. The room has ample fitted wardrobe and drawer space. The interior is beautifully decorated with soft furnishings, wall hangings and indoor potted plants. The sumptuous bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle has a feature wall sculpture and attractive hanging light fittings.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This Guest suite is a luxuriously furnished bedroom with ensuite bathrooms. The bedroom is at the rear of the villa has a door leading on to a secondary garden providing a cool shady relaxing area.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The 3rd bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with shower unit, all exquisitely decorated. It also has a small terrace outside through double doors.
2 Single Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Beds (sleeps 2). This is additional sleeping room should it be needed, normally used for children. The day beds can be made up into single beds to allow two people to sleep in the living area of the villa. Alternatively we can provide cots for younger children that can be added to the Master Bedroom or the large Family room
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower and two basins.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and two basins.
Bathroom 3 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and two basins.
Bathroom 4 has toilet and one basin.
The beach village house has a large private tropical garden in which there is the decking, private swimming pool and jacuzzi. The villa is set in a quiet small luxury villa development and is 4th villa along a small road from the beach. It looks out over the ocean to the left and the coconut covered hills of Samui to the right.
• Koh Samui Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. Koh Samui has a beautiful and efficient airport run by Bangkok Airways, one of the top small airlines in the world. Bangkok airways fly directly from Bangkok, Singapore and Hong Kong plus other destinations. We provide a FREE pick-up and drop-off service to all our guests.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are local Thai restaurants within a short few minute walk, as well as International 5* restaurants within 10 minutes by car, such as Rocky's and The Cliff. There are many shops locally, from the Thai fishing village just two minutes away, to the Lamai main tourist centre, 5 minutes by car.
• Beach is located less than 1 minute away. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The local beach is called Natien beach set between Laem Sett and Ban Huathanon. It is a beautiful unspoilt beach fringed with coconut palms, with very few holiday makers and just a few local fisherman from time to time. There are lovely walks both ways along the beach. In the winter months the water level is highest and there are kite boarders who visit the beach. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: Aquarium and tiger zoo, 5 minutes walk. Butterfly Gardens, 5 minutes by car. Waterfalls and Elephant trekking, 10 minutes by car. Santiburi international golf course, 30 minutes by car. Boat trips (fishing, sightseeing, snorkeling), 10 minutes by car. Scuba Diving, 30 minutes by car plus boat out to reefs.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 12 years old stay free. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
