40% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nt) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.

• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
