30% deposit when booking made (bank transfer). Balance paid by bank transfer before arrival, or locally in Thai Baht on arrival. 30% deposit will be retained if guests cancel more than 30 days prior to departure. Full payment will be required for any cancellation within 30 days prior to departure. In addition: 10,000 baht refundable security deposit must be paid to the management company on arrival in cash.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
