All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit
Payment is made by direct transfer to Siam Commercial Bank (Koh Lanta branch). This gives you peace of mind.

I you book and then cancel more than 45 days before arrival, a 90% refund will be made. Any cancellation between 30 and 45 days before arrival, a 50% refund will be made. Less than 30 days - no refund unless we can rebook the villa, if we can, a 50% refund is made.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of contact us.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
