50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
If you cancel 45 days or more prior to your expected arrival date, payments (less 20% of the total rent) are refundable.
As long as your length of stay remains the same, one time change of arrival date can be made at free of charge if your new arrival date doesn't change i)more than 7 days from your initial arrival date in case of a stay of 30 days or more, or ii)more than 4 days from your initial arrival date in case of a stay of less than 30 days.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $250 will apply. A fee of $100 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
