The room opens onto the private deck with stunning views of 7 islands in scenic and natural Lanta Old Town Bay. The spacious and light-filled room has a king-sized bed, two single beds (in a semi-private area of the room, hardwood furniture and is accessorized with silk pillows and side lamps. The room also includes a television and DVD player for watching movies after the sun goes down.

This villa is absolute seafront. In fact, its built directly over the sea with views over a harbor of long tail boats, visiting yachts and seven tropical islands in the background.

• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is steep, drops off immediately. Beach surface is sand and rocks. There is a dock. The dock is public. There is room for 2 boats. Larger boat need anchor out in the inlet but our dock provides direct access to the resort for shore boats. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.

Travelers now have a chance to rent inexpensive, fully renovated villas built directly over-the-sea in what many describe as Thailand’s most charming and culturally diverse fishing village. The 100-year old Chinese shop house village that once served as a merchant harbor for the ancient silk trade between China and India. Off the beaten track, the friendly town is a traveler’s paradise with tropical views over numerous small islands and it’s perfectly located for private boat trips to secluded beaches, exploring ancient mangroves and jungles and discovering one of the world’s top rated dive areas. And while tucked into this quiet little village, guests are only a ten minute motorbike ride through the mangroves to the secluded white sands of Klong Nin beach or a short boat ride to several secluded island beaches. Lanta Old Town, located on the west side of the island, is one of the region’s most culturally diverse with Chinese merchants, original Thai fishing families and an ancient Sea Gypsy community who have lived in harmony for over a century. Today, the same daily activities and traditional structures, such as traditional markets, longtail fishing boats and Chinese shop houses built over the sea remain as they did when the town served as one of Thailand’s busiest merchant hubs.

All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
