Gorgeous upscale 2bdrm condo that has views from all 3 decks of the Rocky Mountain Range and the Purcell's. A 5 min walk to the Hot Springs/Waterfall of Fairmont Hot Springs Resort. This complex parallels the 17th fairway of Mountainside Golf Course. There are about 10 golf courses within a 30 min drive. One hour takes you to St Eugene, Trickle Creek, Shadow Mountain. The ski hill of Fairmont is perfect for the family and is a 10 min drive up the mountain, and Panorama is a mere 40 min away.
After a day of fun, return home to relax in my condo with everything you could possibly need.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Huge master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, queen bed, beautiful linens, two person jetted tub. Sitting area by tub, TV, telephone, alarm clock, two nightstands with drawers and lamps, dresser, and ceiling fan. Full en suite with neo angle glass shower, two sinks, and toilette. Garden doors lead to private deck that looks onto the Rocky Mountain Range with wicker deck chairs and table and wrought iron deck chairs and table.
Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Huge spare room with living room area, bar sink, portable stereo, TV, Ceiling fan, alarm clock, hide a bed (double) and two armchairs and coffee table. Extra TV is also set up in this room that is connected to the Xbox only, the second TV is on the armore and is hooked to cable TV. Patio door leads to private deck with chairs and a table that overlooks the Purcell Mountain Range.
Living Room
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Living room has a double size hide a bed, oversize arm chair, coffee table, end table, fireplace, TV, window A/C unit.
Bathrooms
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet and one basin.

The Master Bedroom deck boasts a complete view of the Rocky Mountain Range. The Spare Bedroom and lower decks have views of the Purcells and the Valley.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
