    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 25 minute(s). The world-renowned Fernie Alpine Resort (www.skifernie.com) is located just 25 minutes south of Sparwood. Additionally, Sparwood also has a community ski hill (with night skiing) for very reasonable rates. (Great for young families!)
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Located just on the outskirts of Sparwood on a rural acreage, the community is just minutes away and offers shopping and business/banking services as well as dining opportunities.     Payment Details
    The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, all payments are refunded. Otherwise, all are forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Cash - Diners Club - Travelers Cheques
    Special: book 5 days and get the 6th night free.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
