Payment Details

10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, all payments are refunded. Otherwise, all are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 2:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $75.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Pool heat is included in rates.
