1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). Split king bed allows for comfortable sleeping for 2 singles or a couple. Ensuite washroom with soaker tub, walk out on ground level to your own private patio.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. .
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 30 days of the first night of accommodations forfeit full payment unless the property is resold in which there an additional $100 re-sale fee is applied against the refund.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Housekeeping is provided every 4 days during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
