This 3 bedroom/3 bath condo includes a separate lock off suite as well as a huge loft area. The private '6 person hot tub' and BBQ are located on a spacious deck that backs out over a quiet treed Valley. Location
The kitchen is stocked to host up to 8 guests easily including all of your basic kitchenware as well as a few extras.
Loft
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 2 Double Pull Outs (sleeps 4). Unit has a large loft with it's own ensuite, queen bed and two pull out couches. It works well for a young family that wants their own space including room for a playpen, toys, etc.
Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This unit is a self contained lock off suite with a queen bed, ensuite, microwave and a bar fridge.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The third sleeping area contains a queen bed with closet space. Note the main living area also contains a pull out couch.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and one basin.

Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin. Bathroom 3 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
The unit has partial views (depending on the time of year) of the Western Slopes of the Rockies as well as the Purcell Range. It overlooks a treed Valley that contains the Mark Creek as well as the remains of the Sullivan Mine.

The unit is located at the base of the resort and easy walking distance to the high speed quad, the kids magic carpet ride and the T-bar. The cross country ski area is a 5 minute drive up the hill. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). The town of Kimberley is a short drive down the hill and contains some great shopping and dining. Strolling through Kimberley's famous Barvarian Platzl is a great way to spend an afternoon. • Lake is located within a 25 minute(s) drive. • Nearby Attractions: Our family's top 5 things to do other than ski and golf include visiting Wasa Lake (an easy 25 minute drive), riding the mining railway ( includes an actual under ground mine tour), visiting Fort Steel ( the first RCMP Fort in the Wild West), Swimming in Kimberley's new recreation center or riding our bikes on the many trails that surround the town.
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
