1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Natural colors and a Pillow top mattress with a Queen size Down duvet await your tired muscles after a hard day on the slopes. Mirrored Vanity and full Dresser in addition to the closet for storage. Live plants and low VOC paint keeps the air clean. A perfect room for younger adults, or the cozy couple.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Pillow top Queen bed with a king size down duvet and crisp 400 thread count sheets rest amounts to the most calming blue setting. Live plants and additional closet organizers keep this room neat. The perfect room to watch a movie in with your lap top resting on the dresser. Two bed side tables and self dresser for storage. Perfect for the pair wanting the quiet room in the house.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.

Damage deposit is collected at time of booking and refunded no more than 2 days after departure via email transfer or personal check.

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 5 years old.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed, up to and over 75lbs (34kg) but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100.00 per dog will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25.00 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
