1 Double Bed (Lower Level of Bunk) and 1 Single/Twin Bed (Upper Level of Bunk). Bedroom ideal for children. Adjacent to master bedroom with bunk bed having double on bottom and single on top. Walk-in closet with shelves. 1 Queen Bed. New queen sized bed with European style duvets, matching bedside tables with reading lamps, large walk-in closet, and rustic chest of drawers. Ensuite luxury bathroom with Ultra air tub for two. 1 Queen Bed. New queen sized bed with European style duvets, matching bedside tables and reading lamps. Upstairs location with fabulous views of Lizard Ranges and Fernie Alpine Resort ski runs. Walk-in closet and chest of drawers. Adjacent full bath. 1 Single/Twin Bed (Lower Level of Bunk) and 1 Single/Twin Bed (Upper Level of Bunk). Lower level recreation room with natural gas fireplace, couch and matching chair, TV/VCR/CD/Tape with walkout entrance to back-yard lawn and forested green area.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet and one basin.

Exceptional mountain views upstairs of the Lizard Range and Fernie Alpine Resort. Great room views (wall of Windows , floor to ceiling) of Mt Fernie and the breathtaking Three Sisters. The rear deck wraps around the house providing views of a forested green area and all previously mentioned Mountains.

• Approximately 100km to Cranbrook where there are flights in from Vancouver and Calgary as well as other major air centers
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). It is a 10 minute drive to the Fernie golf course from the Chalet
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The Fernie Alpine Resort ski hill is a 10 minute drive from the chalet. Alternatively a shuttle bus leaves from the bottom of the street (1/2km from the house) regularly taking skiers to the ski hill or downtown. In the summer the Chalet is close to mountain biking trails and the ski hill operates a lift service with some excellent down-hill runs.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The unit is a 15 minute walk to Historic Downtown Fernie where there are a wide variety of shopping and dining options. The new Fernie aquatic center is on the way to the downtown and is a great place to take the kids on the waterslide, swim laps, take a steam bath or socialize with other skiers and locals in the large hot tub.
• In the summer there are a number of pristine mountain lakes within a 30 min drive of Fernie including Surveyors Lake, Tie and Rosen Lakes. The lakes are unusually warm in summer and great for swimming. In addition the chalet is close to the Elk river and its excellent flyfishing. There are clean, warm, lake beaches with sand approximately a 40km drive away at Surveyors Lake, Tie Lake, Rosen Lake and Lake Kookanusa.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, there is no refund unless re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00AM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
