Access to the hotpools, king size sauna and outdoor swimming pools (summer-waterslides, too!) are included! Restaurants, pubs, night club, fine dining, daycare facility, Day Lodge, retail & more. School of Skiing & Snowboarding, X-country ski trail, heli-skiing, horse drawn sleigh rides, snowmobiling, stables, tennis, vollyball, bike rentals, Valley walking trail, kayaking, convenience store & more. A winter wonderland and a summer retreat for the outdoor enthusiast or relax and enjoy the scenery and mountain flora and fauna.

There are a variety of golf courses within easy driving distance such as, Riverside Golf Resort at Fairmount, Eagle Ranch Golf in Invermere, Tickle Creek in Kimberly, St. Eugene Golf Resort, Spur Valley Greens, Windermere Valley Golf Course.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). It is a 5 minute walk to and from the ski lifts.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Very easy 8 minute walk to village centre stores, restaurants and facilities.
    • It is a 20 minute drive to Lake Windermere. Lake Lillian is located on the road to Panorama from Invermere and this small lake has excellent fishing both in summer and winter. Ice skating in the winter. This unit has free access with an entry card to the hotpools, swimming pools, sauna, (summer waterslides too!) It is a 20 minute drive to Lake Windermere for lake swimming and boating or ice fishing in the winter.

    Payment Details
    1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
    Owner accepts on line Interac email money transfer and Pay Pal. Short notice bookings are usually accepted and full payment would be completed on line by Email Money transfer (on line banking) or PayPal.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
