A fantastic chalet style property in the heart of the Kimberley Alpine Resort, and close to the Trickle Creek Golf course. Access to the cross country skiing area is approx 250 meters away. It is set in a quiet close of 8 other properties with parking space for 2 vehicles. The open plan upper level living room, kitchen and dining area has fantastic views of the ski hill and the Rocky Mountains. Depending on ability and snow conditions the property has a ski in ski out location. Alternatively it is a 1 minute drive to the free parking beside the base lift.

    • Cranbrook Airport 20 minutes drive. Calgary Airport approx. 4 hours drive. Connections between Calgary and Cranbrook and Vancouver and Cranbrook are available.
    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Trickle Creek golf resort is 1 minute drive down the hill. Bootleg Gap, St. Eugene's Mission, and Kimberley Golf Course are all 10 - 15 minute drive from the property.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Ski In/Ski Out - from the back of the property is the ski trail which will take you right down to the base of the ski hill and the Quad Chair. The same trail brings you back down off the mountain to the rear of the property
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Short walk to restaurants on ski hill. 5 minute drive down hill to town, where shopping and additional restaurants are located. Alternatively a shuttle bus runs from Silver Birch units to town for a nominal fee.
    • The nearest lake is at Wasa - 20 minutes from the unit.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
