This room also has a large sitting area with 2 chairs and table, TV and small fridge. The 3 windows face the mountain view. There are two electric heaters. There is an ensuite 4 piece bath.

    1 Queen Bed. This bedroom is upstairs with a shared 4 piece bath. The bed is comfortable yet firm. There is a duvet, blanket and 4 large pillows. There are 2 night side tables and two reading lamps.

    1 Double Bed. This bedroom is upstairs and shares a 4 piece bath. The bed is also very comfortable yet firm. There is a comforter, blanket and 4 large pillows. This room has 2 bedside tables and 2 reading lamps. It has an electric heater.

    Everything is the unit is new in 2004. The owner describes it as a very pretty, well equipped unit. The mountain view from the living room and master suite is breathtaking. The living room has two big lounging chairs with ottomans, a leather love seat and two fireside chairs. The sound system is awesome. The carport is convenient to the entrance. The sauna is very large. It's a great space to live in and entertain in.

    • Calgary International Airport in Alberta is a 4 hour drive. Cranbrook, a local airport receiving flights from Calgary, is 20 minutes from Kimberley.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). This is a ski-in ski-out condo for downhill skiing. There is also a large area of cross country groomed and night-lit trails a 5 minute walk from the unit. Within 1 1/2 hours drive there is Panorama Ski resort and Fernie Ski resort. 2 1/2 hours drive away are Banff and Lake Louise Ski resorts. Kimberley has a reputation of being an area that possibly gets the most number of sunny days in all of Canada, and the air is nice and dry.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The walk to the nearest restaurant and bar is 10 minutes. There is a second restaurant 15 minutes down the hill. The village is an 8 minute drive or a half hour walk. You can buy everything you need there and there is a wonderful village terrace with quaint shops and restaurants.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
    • Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
