    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Panorama Resort is about a 20 minute drive away.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The town of Invermere has great shops and food stores about a 5 minute drive from the chalet.
    • Although there is no direct lake access, but there is access a several minute walk down the road in front of the chalet. Beaches on Lake Windermere are very short drive away a Chabot Park or Kinsmen Beach park.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 5:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
