Log Chalet hand built by Everest Guides Tim and Becky Rippel. 10km from the funky town of Nelson, B.C., 5 minutes from the Whitewater Chairlift, adjacent to the 50km Apex Nordic ski trails, nestled in the cedars by the waterfall to cool off on the those hot summer days, gardens, and wildlife viewing from the hot tub in the early morning hours. Bike the amazing Burlington Rail trail to Nelson from the front door, or go the other direction to Ymir, either way call for a shuttle back to the chalet. Cottonwood lake just 2 minutes from the chalet. Truly a get away from it all paradise in the woods.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
